Listings from other portals

Draft of 10 October 2026. Some details will still be added; they are marked in the text.

Only the German version is binding. Read the German version

There are two kinds of entries on rosalon: profiles that advertisers create with us themselves, and links to listings on other portals. This notice applies to the second kind – wherever a card links to a listing on another portal, above all in the search and in combined entries.

1. What you see on such a card

We read publicly accessible listings on other portals and show individual details from them:

  • the name under which the person advertises there;
  • canton and place, category, gender, languages and price, insofar as the listing states them – in the price comparison also surcharges for individual services, each figure with its source;
  • the age group according to the listing – or, where the listing only states a range, that range –, never the age itself;
  • the physical characteristics that the portal itself shows as a field, according to the listing – height, body type, hair colour, hair length, eye colour, bust, intimate area, tattoos, piercings, whether the person smokes, the country of origin and ethnicity, insofar as the portal states them –, never any of this from the ad text;
  • for escort listings, the cantons that the listing states as its service area;
  • the services that the portal keeps as a list and, separately, with the addition “from the text”, services that appear only in the ad text;
  • which channels can be used to make contact there – only whether, never the number or address;
  • the link to the listing on the other portal;
  • if the listing definitely belongs to a house that we list, a button “To the house” leading to that house’s page.

No photos, no ad texts, no phone numbers and no addresses. Why, and what we store instead, is set out in the privacy policy.

How a listing is linked to a house: the portal itself refers to the house in the listing; or the listing carries the same phone number as the house – compared as a contact key (HMAC), never in plain text –; or, at present only on xdiva.ch, the address in the listing matches the house’s address exactly in postcode, street and house number. We do this address comparison only in working memory, while we read the page; all that is stored is which house the listing belongs to, never the address. If it matches two houses, we show no button.

The name can be searched for in our search; this name search does not appear in any search engine. The regular list of listings, with working name, age and features, can however appear on Google and other search engines. If you object, your card disappears from our site immediately, and from a search engine as soon as it reads the page again.

Listings in which someone rents out a room for sex work do not appear as a card but in our overview of rooms: with canton, municipality, type of room, rent, from when it is free, and the link to the original – without name, without text and without the room’s address. This notice applies to them too.

2. Without guarantee

These details neither come from us nor were they given to us by the person; they come from the listing on the other portal. We do not check them. Errors can occur when they are transferred: an attribute that we assign wrongly, a price that has changed in the meantime, a listing that has already been deleted on the portal. As a rule we read the portals every night, some details once more during the day; in between, anything there can change.

All details on third-party listings are therefore given without guarantee.

3. The original is what counts

What applies is what the listing on the original portal says – for price, offer, availability and everything else. An age group “according to the listing” and services “according to the portal” reflect what the person stated there; none of it is checked.

Whatever you want, you agree directly with the person before a meeting. What is in the listing or was shown on our site does not replace that agreement.

4. Not an offer from rosalon

A third-party listing is not an offer from rosalon. We did not write it, we do not arrange meetings, we do not accept money and we have no contract with the person. The listing was published there by the person or the portal; you address questions about its content to the portal.

A tick or a “verified” note on a third-party card reflects what the other portal shows. It is not a check by us.

5. If a card concerns you

You can have it removed without an account: every card has a button at the bottom for objecting. As a rule the card then disappears from rosalon immediately, with name, age group and attributes. After 24 hours the objection becomes final, and in the next nightly run after that it is deleted from our database. If your browser could not solve the small calculation, for example without JavaScript, or if three objections have already come from the same connection on the same day, we look at it first; the card then remains until we have decided.

So that it does not reappear, we block it as soon as the objection is final: if the listing has a phone number, we block its contact key – we then no longer include listings with this number from other portals either. If it has none, we block only the address of this listing; we then do not recognise a new listing under a different address. In that case, write to us again.

If someone has saved your card with us as a favourite, we also delete that entry as soon as the objection is final. Whoever saved it is not told why it is missing.

The listing on the other portal is not affected by this. You have to have it deleted there separately.

6. If a detail is wrong

If a detail on a card does not match the original, write to us at [email protected] or use the reporting channel on the card. If the error concerns you yourself, we take the card down first and check afterwards.
