For people harmed in Switzerland physically, psychologically or sexually by a criminal offence, and for those close to them. The counselling is free, confidential and anonymous if you want it to be: nobody will learn of it unless you want them to — not the police either. Calls to 142 appear neither on the phone bill nor in the itemised call record.

In 18 of the 26 cantons there is a specialist service for sex work — advice on health, permits, residence and leaving the work, often in many languages (our own survey of 7 September 2026). These directories list them and can be searched by canton and by topic.
Aids-Hilfe Schweiz
